LIKE A GEORIA TEMPORARY-USE ANTIQUE AUTO LICENSE
A good idea
But there's worry/fret over driving this through the FCC bureaucracy
mountain. Turns out Regional chief here's a ham & our age. Think
there's a possibility in that pile.
Chief's predecessor a ham too to whom I addressed question of running
a ASB-7 4kw-pulse radar on 500mcs "for practice." Fone response came
"HMMM hmmm hmmm, page-flip-flippity-flip, 'just don't aim beam at
Somerset, KY. That's closest channel 41 & it'd be just YOUR luck
that Nova radar program would be on'"
In other words, who'd notice? But a fcc waiver card would be better.
