More specifically, "Reception Set / R106 MkIII"

Saw one today at a collector's gathering.  Looked & ran as new.  I
submitted guess it was built for English listening post like Bletchley Park
where perhaps 300 of these were running & each operator scanned 50kcs
of the HF spectrum justa searchin' every which a'way (yay yay)

There is an english mil parts source on web that has a coil set for one
which lends support for the english destination

BTW, set tubed w. capped octals who's connections covered w. shield
cylinders.  And I need 2 for another purpose
