Well, the UK Post must use a very nonlinear graphing rate scale. Price goes up
at the fourth power of the weight increase, something like that. The person
who shipped me the 19-Vario is scrupulously honest. I don't know what went
wrong - if anything. 

I sent a parcel to a USSR ham once, something was wrong, address or customs
declaration, and it was returned. Took about 6 months to get back, and stamps
on it showed it had gone by way of Iraq. Good thing the contents weren't 
something from the Fruit-of-the-Month Club.  -Hue
