Chuck Dachis does not mention them in his Hallicrafters book, and he was pretty thorough in collecting everything Hallicrafters ever made.  AFIK, the R-274/SX73 and R-649 were the only things which really fit in the purpose made mil receiver category, after WW2.  Hallicrafters built some transceivers and other things of that nature, but no other stand alone receivers than the beforementioned.
