The following book might be of interest to members:
Aircraft radio and electrical equipment by   H .K. Morgan

Like a number of handbooks, the author has filled out his book
by inserting,  manufactures technical manuals of various aircraft radios. 
Good insight to 1930s aircraft transmitters and receivers.

If you see one for sale at a hamfest, you would do well to buy it.
