[Milsurplus] FL-8 filter series

There was an earlier filter the FL-5 that was bigger and located
elsewhere in the airplane, and then a switch box about the size of
the FL-8 controls the filter.  That's the only ones I know about
that are of the same purpose as the FL-8.  I suppose the FL- series
could cover any number of filters with a variety of uses.  It just
happened that FL-5 was the first, or the first widely-used, range
tone filter and then when they improved it the numbers were up to 8.
