[Milsurplus] Chassis Question

Hello-
    I am going to purchase several 3" x 8" x 12" aluminum chassis and wanted to ask if anyone has any knowledge of a quality preference between Bud or Hammond. I have compared on drawings the Bud AC-424 and the Hammond 1444-24. Both are .050" material. Does anyone know of differences in construction, spot welding, dimensional issues, etc. between these 2 manufacturers?
