It is fun to watch the gears, motors, and relays in these sets churn as a new frequency is selected on the control box. Things like the ARC-38 and CU-351 antenna tuner would be fun too. Watching a ARC-21/65 or 58 and associated antenna couplers would be a real hoot.

Can you find out it the 618T gear is the AN/ARC-94 (military 618T-2, most likely in USN aircraft) or the AN/ARC-102 (military 618T-3)?
I'll bet they didn't retain a Morse key at an operator's desk like the type 26003 key that was commonly found with with AN/ARC-38/38A installations.
