Niel,
The GRC-109 is small enough to mail by USPS Parcel Post. Just declare it as
it is: " Antique tube radio".
No restrictions on that radio as "munitions"...
I've been shipping surplus equipment to and from Canada, the UK, the rest of
Europe and sometimes Australia. No problems and/or restrictions you have to
worry about with "boatanchor" equipment...
All the surplus radios I get from Europe are also defined in the manifest as
antique tube radios, sometimes we even put the vintage on the manifest as
well.
