[Milsurplus] Problem Shipping Mil Radio to Canada?

I've a 40 year old GRC-109 set for sale and I've been asked if I'll ship
to Canada. The buyer would pay the shipping/customs cost. 

Are there any export regs that I need to be aware of when shipping this
stuff?
