[Milsurplus] Japanese WW2 plugs

We are all familiar with the war time UK and US jack plugs used for headphones and mics but does anyone have any details on those used by Japanese radios. 

Many of the set seem to have 4 pin plugs for the mics but the sets still have 1/4 inch jacks for headphones. I would like to try and get some of the old type plugs just to finish off the Japanese sets here but I'm having difficulty getting and sense from JA contacts, I think its a simple language thing. 

If any members have original headphones with plugs I would like to try and get a decent picture of the plugs, either the jack type or the 4 pin in-line type.
