[Milsurplus] Operating BC-1000 & PRC-25 together

I had to go to the manuals to find even this. But the BC-1000 is much wider
band than the other WW-II and Korean War FM sets. The actual design peak
deviation is not given in either the Technical Manual or the Repair Manual and
unlike the other sets, the IF's are not stagger tuned. But the TM does state
that the discriminator and AFC lock range is +/- 50 KC. Which is consistent with
the 200 KC channel spacing.
