[Milsurplus] TX identification?

Seen at a local swap meet, wondered what it is:

  - 2x 832A and 2x 1625
  - metallic aluminium chassis
  - ARC-5-type shape except angled front like the prow of a ship
  - ARC-5-type connector at the rear
  - 4x FT243 xtals under chassis, around 7MHz

Looked for ID plates but nothing to be seen.
