Hi Pete, haven't spoken to you in a while, I hope all is well.
Since you have bought from so many dealers perhaps you will know about a
place I once visited in South Boston. I remember going along with someone
to visit perhaps 15-20 years ago when I lived up there and made a note to
return but never did.
It was a non-descript warehouse from the outside and inside it was packed to
the high ceiling with all sorts of mil equipment, mostly radar and high
power stuff IIRC. He had a lot of parts like HV capacitors (that was what
my friend was after) and the prices were a bit on the high side but not
crazy and he would negotiate. I remember he had a rather hazardous test
bench set up running stuff at 10's of kilovolts right in the open so at
least at the time he was not set up to be a retail operation in any way. Do
you have any idea who this is, and if he is still there?
