You mean Radio Research Instrument co in Connecticut?

I once visited them; big warehouse full of large WWII radar equipment.  The 
person who showed me around told me their main market was foreign nations, 
research labs and large corporations and that they really didn't sell much to 
individuals.  He mentioned they also lease and service the gear and that a 
surprisingly large amount of it was still in service around the world.

This was about 10 years ago but I don't think much has changed.
