Hi folks,

I've been trying to get a copy certain printed material from Ed Doyle at 
Radio Research company.  I've exchanged emails and also spoken to him on the 
phone, but weeks have gone by without communication from Mr. Doyle.  It's 
clear what he has that I want to both of us, (and I've offered to pay.) 
Still no communication.  When I called today, an (I presume) employee 
answered, took a message and promised a return call which never came. 
Another call late in the day elicited the information that Mr. Doyle had 
left for the day, and a promise of a call tomorrow.

I'm sure some of you have dealt with Mr. Doyle before.  Is this normal 
business with him I wonder, or am I just slow in taking a hint to look 
elsewhere?  Problem is that after several years of looking, the material Mr. 
Doyle has is the only such information I have been able to locate.  He's on 
one coast and I'm on the other.

Any experiences with Mr. Doyle or suggestions would be welcome.  Contact me
