Guys,

The 80 some odd 'compiled' topic summary files from MRCG are much more useful
than the daily email files.

As you mentioned, besides the 'good stuff' there was a whole lot of 'non-
military radio' material mixed in with the hundreds of daily files that
spanned 4+ years. For those on this list that were original subscribers such
as myself, I think you know what I'm talking about. I'd say at least +75% of
the raw content was jokes and now stale for-sale/want ads as well as some
discussions that are not polictically correct to publicize.

I've fielded many request over the years for specific dated postings and have
been able to provide this information from my own database of 1998-2002 emails.
Editing these for uploading to the MRCG website is a work in progress that
I've already started.

Unfortunately, Dennis never released to me more than a handful of the 80 some
odd topic summary files he said were completed. Those that I got I uploaded to
the MRCG website.

I'd rather we try to retrieve all of the original 80 topic summary files.

If you would send to me any of the original 80 compiled topic postings, I'll
put them up on the MRCG website that I still maintain.

thanks,
