Larry,

If I recall correctly, that would be type 4AG, which were identified in a 
post-war Radio Master as "For use in aircraft".  Dynamotors for the AN/ART-13 use 
them as well.  Later called AGS and then F05A. Or at least the 4AG will work. 
 The BC-653 also used them, although most aircraft of the day couldn't have 
gotten off the ground with one loaded aboard.  Rated 32 volts for all current 
ratings above 3 amps.  Looking at some RFE BC-348 fuse holders here, what's in 
them are 4AG-Slo-Blo's @ 5 amps.  Not sure what the later nomenclature for the 
Slo-Blo was (three catalogs I looked in don't say) but might be MDC or MDM.  
4AB is same as 4AG except Bakelite (or Steatite) instead of Glass.  Anyway, 
all of this alphabet soup are the same size and would fit.
