[Milsurplus] Looking for info on WWII USN TX

Circle A still does the same thing you mention.  Not a "big league" one way
or the other, but a small, non-profit org sponsored by govt and aerospace
contractors.  No in-house mfg capabiliy per se, only testing & prototype
labs, with a few other misc capabilities.  Have dealt with them for 25 years
and find them very capable and helpful folks.
