[Milsurplus] TCS low power operation?

Hue,

It's covered in the Instruction Book on the standalone transmitter Collins 
56Q.  Low power supply was the 409M-4, but I've never heard of one that anyone 
actually had or had seen.  Likewise the high power transmitter only supply 
409M-3
