[Milsurplus] Clip Leads

The 'saturated' equilibrium approach actually works. When I started my company, I
bought all the common stationary items for each desk, and an identical set of tools
for every bench. No one ever wasted time looking for a stapler, screwdriver, or
whatever, since each had their own. It took several years to finally break down. I
guess you have to keep on supplying replacements.
