OK the numerology Robt.
The pic has a BC-375 & a BC-312. I call it a SCR-188 'cause Russ sez thats
what he operated. He thinks the 188 was the tx and the rx was a '348.
I took 188A consist frm Chesson tho I don't have the RC-47 whatever that is.
Chesson sez 188A is land-based & since it uses a '312, I figured 12V all
the way.
Maybe it uses a RA-34 & '312 gets powered thru RC-47
As a consequence of all this nomenclature blur, it's no wonder that the
History Center nixed hardwhere.
Russ has the best campaign & personell memory of anyone in these parts. But
he doesn't know how the Fahnestock clips were plated.
What I wondered is where all the system support books have gone
Just found I've got that info for the little SCR-178. Three guys to set
up, crank, & tap code. And of course a donkey
Marty
btw - I made the web sitelette
