Too bad there are no photos of the insides. Regardless, with an order date
code of 1951, it came with tubes. Some ham must have put transistors in it.

Would this have been one of the transistorized ones sold by SARCO about
10 years ago, ones remanufactured overseas, maybe in Israel? Or were those
ones re-nameplated also?
