[Milsurplus] Reluctance for ebayers to sell overseas

There is some element of cultural insularity or bias. Altho most Germans can do some
english, you will have MUCH better response if you write in German language, or
have someone do it for you. On the other hand, to be honest, what would we do if
we got a note written in some other language, and we could hardly figure it out? Too
much work!
