Yes, and they only cost about 39.95 at radio Shack.
There was a perplexing inability to receive GPS in the Moss Landing area in
CA. Hams called in to help tracked it down to several cheap active dome or disc
type TV antennas on boats that were always on and were radiating a very
effective GPS jamming signal. It got the US Navy's attention is documented pretty
