IMO, your reasoning is flawed. Yes, destroying one or a few LORAN transmitters
would be relatively easy, but so what? UNLESS, you can destroy or disable GPS,
LORAN is only a backup and its loss would impact very few in the short term.
Calibration labs and old fishing or pleasure boats are hardly first line forces
