[Milsurplus] PE104A further

My thanks to Brian for a speedy reply and scan of the PR104A psu circuit in my BC654. Figured out the odd connections, applied 12v, nothing. 

Took out the vib, cleaned the pins, reinserted and tried again applying that special little tenderness of a tap on top of the vib can....  hey presto.... vibing, with decent o/p voltages. 

Now, after I replace the shattered pa tube and aerial meter, thanks Mr Post Office, and after I install a couple of VT-211 tubes to complete the so called "complete" set I can try and get it on the air.
