I've been to the site where this incident occured......a somber area to this
day. The lady was the wife of a local minister; she and her husband were
taking a group of children on a picnic after church. He dropped the group
off and was moving the car to a better parking spot when he heard a huge
explosion.
There is a monument on the site as well as rememberances from Japanese folks
who have visited the location.
