[Milsurplus] Wanted FT-317 Shock Mount (or info on)

Wanted, Shock Mount FT-317, or any information that could be used to 
fabricate one.  It is used to mount PE-117/120 in Half-Track M2A1 (vertically, with 
front panel and cables down).  Some other manuals that I've looked through 
indicate that it was probably originally made to mount AN/VRC-3 (BC-1000) in the 
upright position.  It has two square-flanged shock mounts at the bottom and may 
have a couple of anti-sway mounts near the top.  There is a wide U-shaped 
strap to secure the radio (or power supply) to it.  Besides the Half-Track, it was 
also used in the turret of the M4(*) Sherman.
