Assuming the Vietnam era web belts were the same, here is the information
you are looking for:
Center to center spacing of each vertical row of holes
is about 2.5 inches.
There are three holes in each vertical row, the center hole is
centered on the long axis of the belt, and each of the other holes
is approximately 0.8 inches above or below the center hole,
center to center spacing.
