[Milsurplus] Rebecca-Eureka in print

[Unserviceable but Repairable]

This IFF-like portable transponder (rebecca) & interrogator turned up
on pg. 179 of "The Bruneval Raid," G. Millar.  Was brand-new in 2/42
when this ballsy event took place - the capture of most electronics in
a 570mc Wurzburg then-hi-res radar.

The Eureka interrogator was in one of the LCA Royal Navy landing craft 
that came ashore to rescue the paratroopers.

Wonder if the parts wound up at a hamfest.
