[Milsurplus] Dynamotor mounting

The common name I have heard mechanical engineers use for the fasteners
is "Slide Latch".  The part you want is the "post".  I used to have a
catalog identifying a manufacturer and showing how to specify the post
depending on panel thickness, etc., but like most useful information
around here, it is lost. I think the latches only come in 3 or 4  sizes
for different diameter posts, so ther shouldn't be a lot of decisions.  
I suggest a Google search for "slide latch" or latches and see what pops
up.  The posts may also be available, but most seem to be designed for a
specific application.
