[Milsurplus] E. H. Scottr RCH or SLR-F?

Hi All
How does the SLR-F compare to my SLR-12-B ?

I have had it staged for years to restore but it never gets to the front
of the line. It looks intact but is it worth the time to restore? Only goes
to 15.6 mcs.
