The manual for it is TM-11-5120, TO 33A1-5-65-1.  I have one that came with
my URM-32.  There is also TB-11-5120-1 which covers the AC power supply.
(Sorry, mine's not for sale.  If I can find some place that can copy it,
I'll find out what it will cost.)

It's probably Cobalt Chloride.  Blue=good, pink=bad (no longer
moisture-proof).  Mine is also pink and works quite well.  Probably doesn't
matter unless you want to use it in the Amazon Jungle.
