Hi Ken:
Please do not have a hart attack, I have the manual! must have missed your
first posting.
Here is some info I have heard about. The FBI Has several about 100+
receivers in some site around Washington D.C. when they were removed they
destroyed the RF decks. sold the rest of the receiver as scrap. I have two
receivers and a manual, I have been looking for the RF deck to get my
receivers working.
The manual information Radio Receiver 6010 RADCOM/ Westrex of NY, date June
3 1963 No. 393-34-00-06
Is designed to monitor 80 to 540 KHz and 1.8 to 30 MHz.
The manual is about 1/2 inch thick a plenty of fold out pages.

In my book there is a Shipping doc. to the FBI dated 12/31/64 for one
receiver.
