A non-intrusive mod to 50.4 is what I'm thinking of too. It is a very nice,
handsome even, radio that even smells BA-new.  The accessory box locks to
the radio box and has all the cables but the hand set.  I answered an email
from Robert Downs saying he had manual copies and I want one. Sort of fits
with the restored SCR-522 and 6mtr AM stuff......that nobody else wants
either    `8^o
