[Milsurplus] SCR-522 Receiver Osc Problem.

Greetings,
I have been trouble shooting the Receiver Osc section on a 522 (BC-624A)
I have excellent grid activity(crystal) of over 30 volts PP but very low
plate
circuit output to the next stage.
I have posted the schematic and further remarks below. Any suggestions would
be appreciated off list.
