So the power supply provides both TX and RX voltages from 120 VAC and
receive only from 12 VDC?  If this is the case, pretty neat but is this
thing ever heavy!  Even has back up filter capacitors!

It is a Mallory Vibrapack, but the example I have sitting here has no
model number on it.  Input is 12VDC either positive or negative ground. 
Runs the BC-669 receiver only.
