[Milsurplus] ASB antenna

I have a box marked ASB ANtenna Repair kit.  I opened it to see what was
in it.  I was the first to open it and so everything that came in the
box is intact and still unopened status.  It's not a large box but has
smaller boxes inside with misc. parts fastened to a piece of cardboard
as it came from the factory or warehouse wherever this stuff was
assembled.  

ANy interest in this?  Can someone tell me what freq. range it should be
effective over.

I can do a picture if anyone is interested.
