[Milsurplus] Robert Downs

While i was setting in a local hamburger joint having the usual, one of
the TV sets was tuned to whatever channel shows Rodeo activities.  At
this time they were re broadcasting the Clovis Bull riding competition. 
I happened to look up just as the flashed the name "Robert Downs" as the
next rider.  Now you don't suppose this is "our" Robert Downs do you? 
Has he been holding out or making us think he's some ordinary joe when
he's actually A PRCA Bull rider?  Or is it a bull spreader?
