[Milsurplus] Familiar with Usenet newsgroups?

Dave and the Group,

I'm not an expert, but I find it easy to access these 
newsgroups via my web browser and Google.  Some ISP's (not 
mine) may have a dedicated interface to USENET, but this 
should work for everyone.
