[Milsurplus] Tuning problems with GRC-9

Dear Listers,

I have some antenne tuning problems with the GRC-9.
The neon indicator will not glow up permanently whatever I do with the
switches A and C. After a short flash of the indicatorlamp its all over. It
is not possible to tune the antenna in resonance with the transmitter
signal. The relais is switching when I push the button on the mike.
I use the GRC-9 on my Jeep with the antennabase MP-65 and all the five
antenna parts.
Has anyone suggestions to solve this problem?
