Castings needed (was [Milsurplus] Yet Another Unknown Set

WOnder if one couldn't get a technician or someone who makes jewelry to do 
this.  Rings and things are cast then finished off.  

Thats all i know about it.  I did used to know a fellow in Phoenix that did 
castings for jewelry.  Thats been years ago tho.
