Ahhh yes, back home in the heat after 11 days in 70' degrees temps in
the
mountains scrounging for BA and milsurplus items.

One of the things i brought home was a box, and i do mean a box. Has a
front cover along with a handset hanging on the side. Inside the "box"
is a T-104 transmitter and R-104 Receiver made by RCA in 1938. Covers
from about 2200 kc thru 4500 or so kc. Made for the Coast guard to
stabilize their boats while on the ocean waters blue. Maybe 100 lbs?

No documentation but its in really great shape and i bet with power on
it will fire up. Uses 807's in the Tx. Both units slide out kinda like
on rails.

Maybe someone can supply some urgently needed data.

One of the things that was setting in this shack was a new unused
Western Electric Radar antenna, feed horn, mount and all the necessary
things to make it go back and forth or whichever way it was supposed to
go. Tag said Western Electric and i think U.S. Army. Probably 40's era
huh? To bad i didn't have room in my truck for it. Don't remember if
there was any other nomenclature on it or not.
