Subject: Polish 'Blyskawica' reborn

Hi everybody,

I am just writing to let you know that a Polish Underground's 
clandestine radio station named 'Blyskawica' was reborn and is operating 
every day on 7042 kHz (AM) at 10.00 and 17.00 CET (GMT+2h) till 2 
October 2004. The original 'Blyskawica' was an underground broadcast 
radio station built by Mr Antoni Zebik for PSYOP use during the Warsaw 
Uprising of August 1944. The set was eventually destroyed during a 
German assault.

Mr Zebik, who lives now in Southern Poland, built the transmitter for 
the 60th Anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising and brought it to Warsaw. 
The transmissions take place from the Prudential building in the Downtown.
