[Milsurplus] 348 loose ends

Hi Bob

No -- but I have a green metallic one with a big S meter and some other
modes, also reknobbed for that modern look.  I bought it as a specimen and
relic of the age of "mod-mania".

These were probably part of lend lease and some produced for other
countries, so could well be -- unless the paint turned from aging somehow -- 
haven't seen any sign of that myself.
