For Sale LTV G175 B VHF AM/FM 30 to 260 MHz receiver:
This is a receiver that I picked up at a hamfest a couple weeks ago with
the idea of selling it on Ebay. It's very dirty and in need of
restoration, also note that the plastic cover of the squelch knob is
broken. The receiver covers 30 to 90 MHz in the first band and 60 to 260
MHz in the second, with IF bandwidths of 10, 75 and 300 KHz also the 40
KHz filter is included in the radio along with the proper knob. Radio is
similar to the WJ 900 series except it has adjustable COR, internal
squelch and a CW mode. When I bought it the radio had a bad transistor
in the squelch gate and I did replace that along with testing the radio
in both FM and AM mode and although it receives weather on 162.5 (FM)
and the local tower on 119.475 (AM) This radio is in need of serious
cleaning, alignment and replacement of capacitors. Also the previous
owner installed an AC line cord and brought the audio out to a RCA plug
on the rear. I am asking $100.00 by paypal only, buyer pays all shipping
