[Milsurplus] PRC-10 ptt delay

I recently bought a PRC-9 and a PRC-10 also.  Does anyone know what =
antennas, harness, and microphone or headset that I need to complete =
these?

  nothing but dead carrier. Is this delay normal? I realise this set is=20
  not truely "instant on" as are most of the solid state rigs but this=20
  effect is only apparent in the transmit mode.
  I have no manual for this radio and would appreciate any help in=20
  obtaining one and/or am willing to pay for a photocopy.  All help =
would=20
  be welcome!
