[Milsurplus] RS-6

I happened upon a ham once that had an RS-6. He said his buddy that gave it
to him many decades ago told him it came off a SAC aircraft. I tend to
believe this recount as true. The ham wasn't a miltary radio collector, so
had no preconceived notions about the origin of this radio. We've heard this
mystery RS-6 application for a long time and I believe that his story
confirms the aircraft downed crewman theory.

Another piece of the puzzle.
