[Milsurplus] KWM-1 a spy radio?

Definitely not a legend.  I did the systems integration
and EMC/TEMPEST design/test on some C-130 "Rivet" airplanes
during my career at Lockheed.  We had several KWM-2 radios
installed and ran them from 28 VDC.  Some also ran on the
aircraft's 115 VAC 400 Hz power.
